Participation in a group

All Co-operative decisions are made at monthly General Meetings, which all members are contractually obliged to attend.

In addition to general meetings, members are required to participate in monthly group/s to help run the Co-operative. Without member participation Hamwic can not run effectively.

New members will be asked at their interview which group they would like to join. After membership ratification the new member will contact the Group Officer/s to join the group/s, and become actively involved.

The Groups that are currently active in Hamwic are:
